Appointment Process

While attending the clinic of Danette Bencharski Massage Therapy, feel free to park your car in our spacious driveway.  Parking stalls are clearly marked and will ensure the safety of your vehicle. 

It is our goal to provide a warm and personal experience.  In order to achieve this goal it is important that clients arrive on time.  Please wait in your vehicle if you arrive early.  This ensures privacy for both yourself and the client that is booked before you. 

 All new clients are required to complete and sign a client history to be retained for our records.  We have included a link to our client history form on this page.  All you need to do is download it, print it, and complete it and you can bring it in with you on your first visit to facilitate a quicker process.  If you are unable to bring a completed form in with you on your first visit, we will simply take a few minutes before we begin your massage to allow you to fill it out. 

When the necessary paperwork is complete, you will be escorted to the massage treatment room.  Your concerns will be discussed professionally and discreetly in this private area and a treatment plan will be formulated.  After your therapist has instructed you on how to prepare for your treatment she will leave the room for 3-5 minutes to allow you to get ready.  If you feel more comfortable to change into a pair of loose fitting shorts, please feel free to do so.  

There is a washroom located directly adjacent to the massage clinic for your comfort.  Before your therapist enters the room, she will knock to ensure that you are completely ready for your massage to begin.  Your allotted time will begin when the therapist begins the massage.  Because of the therapeutic nature of this massage practice, assessments will be done throughout your appointment to help determine the best course of action.  If at any point during your massage you have concerns or questions it is important to discuss them with your therapist so that she can effectively adapt to your needs. 

Upon conclusion of your massage treatment, the therapist will leave the room so that you can privately change.  Before you leave, you will stop at the desk to complete any paperwork, book your next appointment, and receive any post-treatment instructions.  For optimum results, you will be given a bottle of water to help flush away any toxins that have been released through massage.
